Dr. Pulai was born and raised in Hungary. Upon completing her medical degree summa cum laude at the University of Pécs Medical School, she went on to do a postdoctoral fellowship at Washington University Medical School.
Dr. Pulai completed an internal medicine residency at the Ravenswood Medical Center in Chicago, IL, and later completed a fellowship in Rheumatology at Rush University Medical Center/ Cook County Hospital, Chicago, IL. She practicies rheumatology and internal medicine at Veszprém County Hospital.
She is published in prestigious international medical journals (such as Arthritis and Rheumatism, Journal of Immunology) and has presented her work at several scientific meetings.
Her focuses of interest are musculoskeletal disorders (muscle and joint pains), tick born disorders (Lyme disease) and prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
Dr. Pulai is board certified in both Rheumatology and Internal Medicine in the US and Hungary. She is married and has two children. She enjoys skiing and white water rafting.
