Katalin Kőhalmy M.D.


Dr Kőhalmy graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Semmelweis University in 2004 before completing a specialization in ophthalmology in 2009. She has worked in the Ophthalmic Ward of the Uzsoki Street Hospital since 2006, and as a senior physician since 2015. Dr Kőhalmy completed her residency at the Semmelweis University Ophthalmic Clinic. Alongside general ophthalmology, she also offers diagnosis and laser treatment for problems related to the inner eye, as well as cataract and eyelid surgery. Dr Kőhalmy has a one-year-old son and now spends her free time with her family. In the past, she used to go dancing and hiking, while she also enjoys reading books on psychology.
