Graduated in 2012 as a dietetitian from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Sciences of Semmelweis University.
Her specialties are healthy diet education, dietotherapy of chronic diseases, weight loss, individual diet plans respecting the patient’s personal preferences, needs and potentials.
In 2011 she founded Babérlevél Tanoda, where she teaches children and adults the basics of a balanced diet through practical classes.
She publishes articles in NoSalty.hu the leading Hungarian online gastronomic magazine in Health and Diet columns. Earlier she appeared as a nutritionist expert in Anyák Lapja and Baba Magazin, two major parenting magazines. She also writes articles for New Diet, the official journal of the Hungarian Dietetic Association and for Nutrition Academy Newsletter.
She is the mother of two lovely boys. In her leisure time she loves to travel and cook.
