Dr. Éva Kis graduated in Semmelweis Medical University and has remained in academic medicine ever since. She was board certified in Pediatrics, in Radiology and in Pediatric Radiology, she is Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Semmelweis University, PhD.
Her academic achievements are numerous: she has authored over 131 original articles in international and Hungarian medical journals, and 8 chapters in medical textbooks and 2 edited book about pediatric radiology. She is the member of various national and international professional bodies . She spent some time in Heidelberg and in Toronto at the pediatric radiology department, from 2004 she worked several times in Tanzania, in India, in Cambodia as a volunteer, teaching radiology.
Her special interest is abdominal and chest pediatric radiology, mainly kidney diseases, Xray, ultrasound, CT and MRI. Her responsibilities include teaching medical residents, medical students and the nursing staff. She is a member of the European Society of Paediatric Radiology.
She speaks English and German.
She has two children, her doughter is artist manager, her son is a medical doctor. In her spare time she enjoys reading, listening music and meeting friends.
